Transferring Expired Domain

Hi guys, I have a Domain that registered at NameBright and it expired on 1 - Sept . But it still in my account.
So my question is : can i transfer it to another registrar normally ? or i must pay included fees ?

You can still transfer it without any additional cost. You will, of course, have to pay the transfer fees to the gaining registrar

ETA: Hurry though. You have, I think, about a week or so. At least on the safer side

gTLDs can be transferred even after Expiration Date up to 45 days...
Except .TOP, where transfer should be done no later than 15 days before ED.
