Your expired domain could not go to redemption and pending delete, my expired domain was moved from my account to another without my permission and later transferred to another registrar. As I know Namecheap had not expired auctions on August 2021.

I agree. The control panel should have a counter for the number of domains.

Yes. I recently became a first-time customer, transferring from GoDaddy to NameCheap. The domain counter was the top feature I missed most. Namecheap has a view for 25 domains per page, so you only have to presumably add the number of page (x25) plus the total on the last page. This clearly would be unnecessary if a counter was there in the first place.
