I cant log in my namebright account although I reset password. It always says: "

Login failed. Username or password is incorrect.​

I paid a expired domain in dropcatch and Dropcatch said me that This domain will appear in namebright account
But I cant log in my namebright account. What happen. I fully finished my payment
