Teen Members Wanted

Okay I am looking for some teens to join the 'Support' team on my website. Basically I am looking for some teens because as many of you know you are one of the largest web audiences. My site is geared towards helping people with forums and could do with some young people to get it off the ground. I really want this to work for me and all of my current members and would like some ideas for sections of the forum.

As a member of the support team you would have staff access to the forum and be able to make decisions and give feedback. My website is http://www.forumerbase.com
