Moderator Wanted For NamePros Teen Zone

Like the topic says -- I'm looking for someone who can join the team as a Teen Zone Moderator and Teen Forum Leader.

Qualifications
- NamePros Member for at least 6 months
- Active on the forum
- Respected by fellow members with a positive trader rating
- Behavior a good example to teens and non-teens alike
- Not "power hungry"
- Age 17 or under!

I know we have many teens here that meet those qualifications and can handle the job, but I really want someone who can not only moderate the bad stuff but also invigorate the Teen Zone and encourage more positive participation from teens at NamePros.

Previous mod experience may be helpful, but isn't required. NamePros has always had an active sub-community of teens. Join the NP team and help make this community one of the best on the net!

And as with all of our site staff members, if you do a good job I would be glad to one day provide an excellent reference to your future employers. I'll be hiring at least one member for this role. thearby is active, okay, im abit bias coz hes my brother, but hes had some popular teen threads before and is extremely active on namepros, to some he could be a role model, him donating to the charity auction etc.

well just like every other forum it does need one, just in case someone types something bad, heh. all the mods that are over 18 (i think) can't see this forum, so even tho its not active someone still needs to watch it.


mabe it will get active, I am told there is olver 3,000 teens on here

Sabre, the previous Teen Zone mod retired from his position. And while we need a new mod to replace him to keep a watch over the board, like I said in the OP, I'm looking someone who can encourage more participation here so its not as slow forever.

Exactly the same as is happening now, I would presume.

They stand down and the position becomes open for others to apply.

I don't think number names deals with the actual classification as much.

I think 18 would be the cut off because that's when many different things get changed.

Also another point would be in most places you are considered an adult when you are 18 meaning that you have a whole new set of legal responsibilities ect.
