Slight Medical Issue i belive is related to sitting on PC all day, Anyone else?

Just a mad question.

Ive been experiencing slight numbness in my left foot for about 2 days, its very slight, i can still feel my foot, it just feels slightly number when i touch it. It runs down from just above my ankle to my big toe, not all of the foot, just the part were the bone runs down from your ankle to big toe.

Circulation is fine, no pain, no tingling sensations. I can still moove it and walk on it fine.

Im just wondering if anyone else has had related problems, seen as we all tend to sit on the PC alot.

Sitting for long periods will cause numbness in body areas (no comments needed here ).

Play it safe; go to the doctors and get it checked over.

It's worth an hour of your time, rather than the problem possibly becoming worse.

I get it quite a bit whilst on the PC...its to do with RSI...I get pains on the left side of my hips from the way I sit at the PC...you get used to it after a while, but its best to consult you're doctor.

Either put a cushion on your PC or sit in a chair.

I get numbness all the time, the doctor said it is pretty normal for desk workers also, etc.

I dont get numbness, although the muscles in my right leg have been quite tense recently.

Been there. Solved that!
