I am a*hole and I apologize to anyone who I offended

I had a medical scare yesterday and ended up in the hospital (I'm fine -found out nothing serious)
I run half marathons - work out and eat right but my body is still 54 and I forget that sometimes.

After coming home I had an epiphany, I can be a dick. Sometimes I don't mean it and other times I do. I am no better than anyone on this board or in the domain industry. I'm a small player. I do just fine but I couldn't rely on this for a living. I'm an IT manager at a bank, this is fun money.

I want to publicly apologize to anyone who I disrespected. @imadoer and I had a feud which comes to mind and anyone else I'm forgetting. I have never ripped anyone off - I have a perfect rating here. I would never steal from anyone and I always give and take fair prices.

Selling Hatred.com brought a lot of attention,positive and negative, and I didn't handle it well. I have had sales just as big since,but that one was public, I don't publicize anymore. I am very good at finding the right people to contact at companies although I wish my close rates were much better. I am not the best, not even close! There are many more people on this board who are making a ton of money and you don't even know who they are - they keep it quiet.

Going forward feel free to talk to me, pick my brain and just chat. I am working on my people skills.
Again, I apologize to anyone to whom I was an a*hole - I hope we can all learn from each other and make some money. If we all work together it helps everyone.

I've offended plenty. Some I feel deserved it Some I feel maybe I took things the wrong way and went off on them. Some we have fought over a language misunderstanding. No matter how it happened. I know I am a Ahole too.

It takes the bigger person to stand up and realize they are wrong. Even when they are not wrong the situation can be handled differently and professionally. That's something I need to work on.

Also to those who I may have hurt your feelings I am sorry.

I definitely want to be a better person. Slowly going to work towards that. It's better to have a army of friends then a army of enemies.

I will say this - Rob Monster and I have talked in the past ( He probably doesnt remember) and we have talked recently. Rob is a class act and wants nothing but good things for people. I have and will defend him forever. Epik is a great registrar - check them out.

Rob does good things for people - things you wont read about. Focus on the good in people - God knows what is happening behind the scenes and that good enough for me.

 

Glad the medical scare was nothing serious! And I agree we can all learn from each other!

It takes balls to say you're an a** and offended people in the past and apologize for it in public. I applaud you for that. None of us are without flaws and even though this is a cutthroat business at times most of us try to do right by the people we deal with. Let's focus on the positive and the good things the members of this board bring to the industry and forgive each other for any mistakes.

On a sidenote, I totally agree with you about Rob and Epik. I'm personally forever greatfull for the help I got when I reached out. My late uncle used to say: "Spread the Gospel. By word when necessary".

In my view that's what Rob is and has been doing. He has been an inspiration for me personally when it comes to combining my faith and business. Actions speak louder than words.

 

I start each day fresh and NEVER hold on to a grudge. I think it will make me live longer.

Why worry about what you cannot change. I think of members the same way, good days and bad.
