Now, I receive an offer from an US guy over my parking site (he also sent me a email to my email registrant) with $100.

" ... Since I am working on a project, I am interested in acquiring the domain. Would this be at all possible? Please let me know; I look forward to hearing from you. "

@anhnguyenict You did well and got a nice response. You countered with 35x is initial offer and he is thinking about it.

If he counters with anything over 1k then I would not go lower than 2,8k (20% off) final price for me. He will pay.

It's a great domain, to low for it
