Need a Little advice

Hey everyone

I bought and parked the domain worldtravelteam.com off a TDNAM expired auction a few months ago.

This morning I recieved an email from someone stating they have a client interested in purchasing the domain. The email originated in sweden which I found interesting as there is a worldtravelteam.se and the .net was recently registered by someone from sweden.

Anyhoo, they asked what kind of offer I am looking for and I really don't know if I should whip out a figure or ask them what they had in mind? I had planned to develop the domain into a travel site at somepoint. The domain does receive some light traffic, primarily from sweden and has a PR1 according to my google browser bar.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am fairly new to the DN game.

Just be wary if they start asking for you to get an appraisal. (search appraisal scam on here, if you are not familiar)

Otherwise start digging on the background of the company (financials, news releases, etc) this will give you an idea of how big the company is & what their budget might be. Best of luck!

that's completely true. Also interesting can be to get an appraisal by an official company.
I think it's also important to start with the highest price. You can always go lower but you can't raise your price.
