Negotiated back and forth 3 times,agreed price, confirmed sale.

4 requests from Sedo to pay, no funds received.
"Buyer" was warned of consequences, banning, commission claim and potential "name and shame". No response.

Now banned from Sedo.com and Sedo are likely to claim commission.

There is one upside to this at least he did not get your domain name and run. That is one of the reasons I like to sell through Sedo rather than privatley you at least have that in place to stop scamers and flakers from getting your domain name. Yeah its a lot of wasted time and effert plus the fees for the auction but you still got your domain name

Keeping this warm as I will soon be adding a Spanish non payer and possibly an Australian in the near future.All Sedo.com and all within the last 4 months.

What possesses these time wasters to negotiate a sale,confirm a legally binding contract and then not pay!

The Spanish one is apparently a regular buyer so it is possible I will pursue legal action.

Total just under 10,000 euro,guess I am just unlucky!

Apparently I was not the only one to have this idiot "buy" names and then not pay.

Normally I can Google the info provided by Sedo and get more details,email etc, though this comes up with nothing unless somebody can show me otherwise?

I like to email the perps with the links that refer to their misdemeanors,small recompense but that's me.

Another one pending for $3499!
