@ArielT - I know that it can take a few minutes to process but please submit a ticket if you see it take more than 3-4 minutes.

I'm watching my domain get stolen right in front of me and Sav.com won't respond to multiple support tickets, a DM on this forum, and I even called their law enforcement line with absolutely no response. I am about to go scorched earth on this company if the unauthorized auction of my domain isn't canceled before I lose the domain.

I am also yet to get a response from their support and I have contacted @Nick R here on Namepros but no response yet.
Really, this is bad and I will think twice before registering future domains with SAV

Wondering how does it take to receive a payout to PayPal after it was requested, because the process over is different..

While we are currently training new agents and working to expand support hours, our typical response time is 1 business day. We do post this in a few spots on Sav as well. Our goal is to greatly reduce that to be a matter of hours in the near future!

PayPal Payout - All payouts should be processed within 5 business days maximum. If you are seeing a delay past that, please submit a ticket.

I cant use DNS settings. I recently received the domain on my SAV account.
"DNS is still being setup for your domain. If you just registered this domain, please check back in about 5 minutes."

Now I can open DNS settings, but custom switch button doesn't work for now. What's wrong with them?

Something must had happened to their servers. I sold some names in the auctions 3 days ago, and I could see them in my account till today.
Also I have never manage to download the auctions in xls. When I give the command, the site crashes and it disconnects me after 3’.
About the auctions I believe it would be useful to add some more filters.
Personally I would like a filter about the number of domain’s letters and also a filter for liked domains. There is no point of marking an auction if you can’t find it afterwards.

I reset my password.
I tried logging in with my new password.
it says send me a code for two factor protection
But there is no such code.

Please I need your help..

I can't create a ticket because I can't log into my mail forbidden account.

Your stupid site won’t update name-servers again. Have to keep going back to the same names 20 times in order to get some results.

I don't get why I have to wait for 5 days to get paid when the person who won the auction is already using the domain sold, in fact he has it for sale on DAN already. If the 5 days is to check for payment fraud, shouldn't you at least also hold the domain name just in case?

Well unfortunately that's the only place I could get $50 for a domain I was going to drop anyway (nftdata.xyz). It was for sale here for weeks, not a single person showed interest.
