A holding company purchased the domain.

There is a chance he purchased it VIA proxy.

The company and their domain who purchased the domain from me has a private registration.

Its a sales tactic. He will tell everyone no until he feels comfortable in the space and then promote the shit out of it. I.E. ccTLDs !
