.tv One thing to note about Geo DOT TV

3) One Associated Cities DOT COM who should launch it in the next 60 days

A couple months ago, someone mentioned that some large dot commers were secretly acquiring dot tv. I would say with geo dot tv - the secret is out.

He's Steve Howe's cousin, he's Thurstan Howe's from Gilligan's Island neiphew, he's Gordie Howe's 3rd ex wife's grandson, and one hell of a nice guy

He also saves cats from tall tree's, walks old ladies across the street, feeds the homeless on thanksgiving, gives his wife roses every week, saves people from burning buildings, and most important loves .tv!!!

I've been following the Geo discussions ... here in the ".TV" in particular ... and I'm intrigued by its potential, but I've generally seen little by way way of significant adoption and actual developments of dynamic Geo .TV's to date, IMHO.
Are there some examples ... of active, fully developed Geo .TV's at present? :gl: :talk:
Secondly, do the sometimes hefty annual renewal fees ... hinder its adoption and development?

i think you have alot to read here and old threads and etc.

once you learn .tv, the pricing issues, what good things on .tv, the bad issues you may see-feel free to share. you been a long member here, you pop in here once every 6 months and make your posts here.

.tv is here and doing quit well..

Geo is cool - without doubt - and I know - I have a fair number.

And the potential for these is very good.

HOWEVER

Geo is NOT the be all and end all of .TV - even though all the hype suggests it is.

Please be careful about ploughing your hard earned pennies into names just because others say they are great. THINK - why are they saying it?

Following on from the previous thread by Jeff, can I also add that I too would like to be made aware of any geo .TV channel (that is not grant aided) that is, presently, actually making a healthy profit?

Good geo's good - bad geo's bad - that will never change - don't forget!
