yeah, the regfly member actually process much faster than you email their support or use their ticket systems.

maybe its cause registerfly is one of the worst registrars *rolls eyes*. Of course thats my opinion.

There are 2 unfortunate realities here:

1. People rely on emails, and will continue to do so.

2. Emails get filtered for whatever reason, and no one gets told about it.

One person told me he once called netsol to find out why he's not getting his
emails using their mailboxes. They eventually had a 3-way call with the guy's
ISP, Road Runner.

It turned out Road Runner blocked out any emails bearing the words "network
solutions". It took a while, but eventually they allowed netsol's emails to be
allowed thru their system.

Bottom line: emails aren't as reliable as they used to be. Use other means at
your disposal.

It's ok to say that, but the ONLY way to get through to anyone over at Regfly is through the member here.

Telephone support, live support and ticket support do not exist.

Have to agree. I have a few names there and have emailed support and have never recieved an answer
