Prize for the worst interface goes to: Verio

Finally, I managed to get all my domains away from Verio.

The slowest, worst interface ever. Try to do anything on more then one domain really tests your patience.

And hey have had the same lame message up on their site that they are improving the interface ... well no real improvement.

Changing name servers etc. is slow and painful.

I never had tech trouble though.

I was really happy when I could just delete my account.

I'd never heard of Verio before, but thanks for sharing. I'll definitely stay away from them

I had a customer with one domain there, and the domain was actually with Melbourne IT. There was some sort of online form to request changes, that is difficult to understand even for domainers
