question Price Request the Second Day I Renew GTLD

I have a gtld domain name renewal the coming month.

I just renewed it last week.

The second day I recived a price request o afternic domain for this Gtld domain.

Was that coincidence or some one was monitering the domain if it will expire, then he had to send offer?(which tool if its the latter)

It could be either. You will never know without asking them. And there is only a 50/50 chance they will tell you the truth. So Forgeddaboudit, and move on. Put the price you will accept as your BIN price on Afternic and wait and see the response.

It could be someone who first wanted to see if you would renew the domain. I sometimes wait for the renewal test too, before I reach out to make an offer.
