In the $100k price range, you can definitely start getting many quality comparables.

Probably is something crypto to go from $20 to $100, but crypto does have lots of deadbeats that tend to disappear on every downturn.

Hard to tell, but given a $100k sale will not affect him greatly, I guess he is going to bluff his hand on this one.
