Over 80% of famous world company names in Russia registered by Cybersquatters

It now seems to be an epidemic. I dont think its right that these people should register thses kind of names, because Russian people should have the rite to visit famuos trademarks in the internet and read the info in Russian.
There are lots of companies that are goin to courts but the Russian law has no laws on the internet, domains and trademarks on the net. There is just nothing there. I herd that the state parlament is going to get new laws on this by 2007 only. And Russia dont want to join wipo.

Ebay.ru
Philipmorris.ru
Fedex.ru (is used by another expres mail company---DHL bought theres)
Nike.ru (adidas and reebok bought there names from the Cybersquatters)
Rolex.ru
Netscape.ru and Mozilla.ru owned by the same person
