Never Ever Deal With Globat!!

I fell for their 3.99 domains. I tried to cancel numerous times and even getting to support and they told me that everything would be canceled. Now I have collectors on my ass!!! Saying I owe them 183 bucks!!!! I told the collector my story and he says he will talk with their client. I need some help with this. I'm only 15 and I've never been through this before. Any of you more experienced domainers ever had collectors called on you for a service you thought you canceled? I'm just thinking right now about what if they still want to charge me. What do I do? I can't fight it in court can I? *sigh*

You're a minor... I bet theres some way for you to get out of it. If collectors are coming after you it normally means globat sold their debt you owe them to the collector for a % of what it's worth. I doubt theyd sue you for 183$. Did you use their service or not, have emails saying you cancelled the service, etc?

Evidence, evidence, evidence. Prepare a log of all your emails and activity on the site. Then never back down from your claims.
