Globat Friend or Foe, help needed urgently.

Ok basically I have had an account with globat for a year, then I decided to cancel it. To my dismay I looked and couldn't cancel it so I asked how to and they redirected me to a cancelation requests procedure.
I have filled this form in over ten times now, as well as contacting each possible support email on their website, however I have not once recieved a useful reply and often recieve nothing. Therefore my account was renewed against my will. Now it is coming to the end of the second year, and I have been trying again to cancel my account. I can't find any way to cancel it.
Please anyone have any ideas? Ive even tried phoning from the UK which costs stupid amounts of money.

I was told that this was a reputable, good company to use but It seems not now, and I am getting worried.

If they charge you just do a charge back.

Could you explain? Last time I phoned my bank, and they said I could do nothing.

Call the number on the back of your credit card and tell them it was an unauthorized (fraudulent) transaction, most banks quickly reverse the charges.
