Need advice on dispute

Hi

I need some advice with regards to a domain dispute I have with a Very large and popular internet company.

They have asked me to transfer my names to them (Via Solictor ) and would like me to be amicable about it.

Would it cost me anything if it goes to a ICAAN dispute case?

Any ideas and advice please

$1500 or so, I think. But ICANN's UDRP applies to com/net/org/info/biz at the
very least.

Some questions to help narrow things down:

1. Is the domain name using rather common words or it's made up like kodak?

2. Was the name registered before the internet company's trademark?

3. How have you been using the name?

4. Have you replied to their solicitor yet?
