Technology company IBM has launched a domain name dispute for the domain name Watson.AI in WIPO DAI2023-0029.
The domain name appears to be owned by Gary Ramah, It has been registered since 2017
Watson for those that don’t know is IBM Artificial Intelligence computer, it was developed in IBM’s DeepQA project by a research team led by principal investigator David Ferrucci. Watson was named after IBM’s founder and first CEO, industrialist Thomas J. Watson.

And, the domain was not regged in 2017:

  1. The Dec 16, 2017 registration date seems wrong
    When domains were loaded onto epp.whois.ai on Dec 16, 2017 the new system took that as the birthday for all the domains. Really many domains were around many years before that. The expiration dates were correctly handled during the migration, but the registration date is not correct.
