Mortgage.tk BIDO auction over - Seller paid to bido. But not completed paperwork.

Hi,

I listed Mortgage.tk @ BIDO auction.

Domain was sold & Seller paid to bido. But he has not not completed necessary paperwork as stated in auction. So I have not received money. So I'm unable to complete the sale. I contacted him by mails. But NO reply.

Now I'm getting even higher offers on this name. But unable to accept as I have already sold it.

What should I do? Can you guys suggest me.

I contacted bido directly. They sent reminder mail to buyer. Thats it. Again no reply for a long time.

Go to your sales info at BIDO and at the bottom of the page click "Escelate"

If Bido have been paid and have possession of the domain, I don't see why you should have to wait for the money. The only party that should be inconvenienced is the buyer, due to their own delay.
IMHO.

Not sure what the timeframe is, or if it's written anywhere or not...

send a note to BIDO that you aren't waiting any longer for the
buyer to do what he has to do to complete this transaction and the deal is cancelled.

If they have the buyers money already - then send the money to you and
you transfer the domain to them...and they can hold the domain hostage instead of the cash!

Dear Bido, I'm very happy the way you acted on this issue.
You were very positive & co-operative to finish the task by initiating the domain transfer to bido & pushed the registry to make it happen & suggested ideas to complete this task.

Now Domain transferred & I got payment.

I just can't finish my message with that. I must add rep to him. Thanks a lot once again.

Really nice to read these kinda threads and glad it all worked out well I must say support there is fab and I love the live support. I bet if I used this and they said what can we do for you and I replied nothing I was bored and wanted someone to talk to .. .they would :laugh:
