Hello guys,

any of you can communicate with bido support?

I've tried with support email, high priority tickets. A my domain was purchased but not paid, so I tried also with escalate message, nothing to do.

Any suggestions?

at last they replied on the outcome of the selling, I seem they don't answer to tickets.

Did they just validate your sale, or did they answer you?

I have the same problem. I have been trying to contact them for weeks, but impossible to get them.

They validated my sales, but never answered my emails, tickets, chat, etc ...

I have money to recover.

Have you tried Twitter? it's the only way I have not tried, but I do not have an account.

if you have sold a domain they will contact you, but don't hope they answer to tickets or support mail.

I have already sold domain names on this site, and I believe that the answers related to the sale are automatic. The only discussions I had were with the sellers, for the transfer, never with this website.

If I can not get my money back, it's going to be a problem.
