Hey all figured with the recent .io 6 figure sale and the nice .xyz sale by a follow NP member. We should open a showcase and discussion thread here.

Metaverse is a fast growing keyword, term and niche! Let's share and discuss our name and news.

I've only got One to start with but its a GOOD one my favorite ending keyword on most names.

MetaverseHub.com

Welcome! :)

Gm All.....Thought it's about time I share something with you that should livin the thread and boost moral.

I own several metaverse < (nft/web3/meta/defi+ gambling names)...certain names are gaining traction once again and even in this current market ( DeFiCasino.com Etc )...there are many builders still building.

I've noticed some recent buy threads for these type of names...

If you have them, HODL them tightly and wait, for the ENDUSER to approach you.

With that said.....Here is on Top name of mine with "ONE" of it's several offers...This is from last fall (10 months ago). Negotiations went on endless, until Q1 this year (mid Feb)...... as we could not come to agreement.

I've shared this with very ....VERY few people up till now, ...

We're out here turning down 100K offers on the best.....because the BEST IS YET TO COME :xf.cool:

Buyers are still looking for Great Metaverse names....Zuck wrecked because he jumped in and acted to hastly.

Don't be fooled, tech, finance, wagering ....all of ...it's coming...

The pace at which it will, just needed a reality check is all...things are moving.

Cheers!

Very exciting times.

This is all about supply and demand now.

First phase was domain investors and end users buying whatever is available +many that have money buying with being educated

Glad to see some big sales and some people getting big money so early, its fun to watch!

As supply shrinking and demand will keep growing, its important to keep prices high as this is going to be the biggest playground ever built so tons of money in it
Dont think small, you got the keys, domain investors need to stop being afraid.

When you sell a top name, just think of how much money this name is going to generate to the new owner.

Ask and you shall recieve (in time)

Top grossing Sales and offers will come mainly for the top names so try to aquire at least one if you can and hold it.

(exceptions are always there but they are more user oriented and not market)

I know metaverse.agency goes very low price.

but circumstances demanded it and I am happy with my trade.

I was offered as much money as I needed urgently and I accepted the offer because I was not in love with

metaverse.agency

Thank you for your interest.
Congratulations to the buyer.

Namebio:

metaverseuni.com $209 9/15
metaverse.tokyo $220 09/14
metavfx.com $554 09/14
metavisualizer.com $190 09/13

Really low prices. Some were catches. Regardless, I would have expected more for them.

Its not even worth bothering posting these, I think meta names have cooled off for now. I'm just going to post big prices and skip the rest.

Yah I wouldn't bother posting these small sales, the effort is appreciated..... so there are a few things going on here if I may

1. The emerging tech niches have always been cyclical no matter VR, Cloud etc. And a lot of sellers, including myself, play along these cycle lines. Q4 uptick.
A lot of these projects take time to get a footing. There's well over a dozen projects operating in one fashion or another on an exact match in a cctld or gtld or a dash while I hold the .com. They need time as well hence why holding for 3 years is usually my target.
2.Domainers with the good stuff are not selling cheap either. The diamond hands mentality has seeped in. But good movement in background from brokers always planting the seed.

so yes it's cooled down at one thresh hold but not across the spectrum and not more then any other niches I've worked around similar time frame.

This metaverse thing has changed in one way or another will change many more lives in the future as new business models emerge, products and services that are not on our radar appears.... just some patience is needed. This time frame right now isn't for flippers... they sell now and long term holders and those who didn't take the 1st wave plung scoop.

But overall good times ahead... the fun hasn't even begun yet. Sooooo many big players have yet to really make there footprints in this space..... Patience is really the name of the game.
(I'll right a longer post with more details and also tips) just wanted to chime real quick with the 2 cents I have lol. I'm sleep deprived so forgive the lack of coherence here. and thanks again for reporting completed sales @NYJimbo !

And by home run I mean $50k or more.

I haven't been on here in a while. I've been focusing on building relationships on LinkedIN with brokers and decision makers and working on the portfolio and such. The homerun season for Meta domains has only just begun. I'm in negotiations for several names in the xxx,xxx ranges. Also turning down $50K offers no problem. All I'm going to say is that China is aiming to be a major player in the Meta space as well and I have had strongest interest and collaboration from that side of the world.

Hope everyone is doing well!
