Okay, I am starting a site with a person on the net.
I was wondering what all I would need to make sure I do not get ripped off.
Could someone tell me what all legal forms I need to get and maybe where I can get them.

Documents I am looking for:
Make sure I get the profits we discussed.
Make sure he can not just kick me out of company.

Are you working for someone or are you and someone forming a partnership of
sorts? If it's the latter, you should consider retaining a lawyer.

davezan is right. You need a contract drawn up by a solicitor (same thing as lawyer to you americans out there). You'll need to tell him all the specifics of how profit is divided and what is required of each person. In a legitimate partnership there should be no single way of one partner kicking out the other providing he is abiding by his or her contract (which is why you need to get specific).

Yes it is the forming of a partnership.
