Hello everyone,

I was having a debate that I think it's interesting, which 4L.com is the most valuable in the world right now? I believe it's King for several reasons, but specially for the deal of the year in 2015 with Blizzard acquiring them for 5.9 BILLION, this has to make KING.com the most valuable domain name in the world right now, or does it not? I cant think of any other that could top this.

Whats your call domainers?

@mikenormal I think they seriously did, but those guys arent dumb and I dont think they take much risks. I never played Candy Crush though. I know Clash of Clans makes 640,000€ revenue per day.

Once they have so much money, it doesn't matter anymore. Spend 5 billion, earn 1 billion, water off a ducks back really.

True, they must be running out of ideias.... they probably bought king to shut down, cause they grew to much and could turn into direct competitors, this way everything remains the same for them and eventually pays out, if not at least they are still the number 1

They sold in billions because they have a money machine games e.g. Candy Crush. without it will never sell that high.

Damn!...you've been domaining since at least 2003?? I hope you're rich! If you're not, you've got some serious questions to answer lol...

On a side note...other names that come to mind that are good contenders are:

Love
Date
Gold
Sexy
Fast
Rock
Home¨
Baby
Cook
Kids
Read
Drug
Auto
Cars
Luck (think China)
Dogs
Cats
Cake
Milk
Jazz (ok maybe not millions....)
Star
Five
Mall
eBet
Call
Race
Jobs

.....All worth millions in my opinion.

Oh yeah...

EASY.com while not worth millions, I would buy before KING.com. For some reason it seems like it would be "easier" to market...even though they are both quite brandable.

and don't forget

SHOE.com...not as good as shoes.com but still worth at least close to a million...

I'm not claiming to be an expert anyway....who knows....maybe it would even sell for 10 MILLION to a major shoe manufacturer.

Nice ones, I like Luck.com but this is an uncommon case where I think the 5L "lucky" would be even better

I totally agree, king is good but there are much better LLLL.com's. I'd rather say Cars.com than king.
I agree with mikenormal that cars.com trumps king.com, and probably all others.

I think most names here have only linear value, or at least someone would expect them to, like Cars, you can't have something not related to auto industry branded Cars (you can but....) while King, you could have an auto brand named King.
