Hello everyone,

I was having a debate that I think it's interesting, which 4L.com is the most valuable in the world right now? I believe it's King for several reasons, but specially for the deal of the year in 2015 with Blizzard acquiring them for 5.9 BILLION, this has to make KING.com the most valuable domain name in the world right now, or does it not? I cant think of any other that could top this.

Whats your call domainers?

Just as a domain name alone? Porn.com

Hows about Loan.com - There is a good business method behind this as most people need a loan :)

That's good too but I think the business model has itself been made free. So I'm sticking with Loan.com unless somebody can beat this :)

Porno was sold last year privatly for 8 to 12 million, if we extrapolate to Porn at the same proportion we see in the market right now (4L > 5L), Porn would be worth something like 80 to 120 million, do you agree?

Loan is pretty good too.

I gotta be honest, if I had to choose between these 3 I think I would choose Porn as it is definitly the most liquid way of making millions, I could probably flip it seconds after for millions.

But overall I still think King might be worth more actually.

In that case, valuation of my KING.NET have increased.

They sold in billions because they have a money machine games e.g. Candy Crush. without it will never sell that high.

Free.com, Call.com, Text.com, Beer.com, Toys.com, Shop.com, Fund.com, Wine.com, Find.com, Jobs.com, Pets.com, Jobs.com...

I think there are dozens, if not hundreds, of LLLL.com's that I would rather own before King.com, which is not to say King.com isn't worth a small fortune.

@Dorkside, maybe not that many as hundreds more like a few dozens tops.
@TheWatcher I believe it really did, if any other brand other then King wants to operate on single Keyword King on classic TLDe then King.net is definitly the only thing they could ever afford...unless they are Blizzard.

I totally agree, king is good but there are much better LLLL.com's. I'd rather say Cars.com than king.

Casino.com

I would say Casino.com is one of the most valuable domains. A lot of people all around the world call it the english casino word. Very high profit margins.

That is 6 letters :)

Hi @Type-In, I agree Casino is good but this is restricted to LLLL.com to be fair to the KING

Several good one's in here and definitly more expensive when standing alone side to side, but if you take out the direct monetary aspect none so far holds up in terms of branding. Theres not a single person in life that at some point has not fantasized about being a KING, and that in terms of positioning can be huge.

Sorry guys, i was to fast with posting without reading the 4L limit.

I take a new shot with a very valuable domain with high profit margins:

Cams.com

I think the big question is here:

Did Activision Blizzard Inc. Overpay for King Digital Entertainment?

Also, they should of bought Game.com instead for that serious amount of money. I think Game.com would of been more fitting :)

Cams would be an easy flip in the porn industry

@mikenormal I think they seriously did, but those guys arent dumb and I dont think they take much risks. I never played Candy Crush though. I know Clash of Clans makes 640,000โ‚ฌ revenue per day.
