Why you refused these offers?

I have plans for the names that I buy. I bought 0dn (.com) for $375. I had a website built for $2,000 and at one point the site was generating 400 to 1000 leads a day for Real Estate agents and Lenders a day. I was offered $7 per lead wholesale.I still own the domain.

I bought adsandclassifieds (.com) and the site now has over 200,000 advertisers.

The name fwb stands for "friends with benefits" I think this is a great name to use for a dating site. I think selling the name for only $2500 would be a big mistake.

I also own personals (.org) I paid over $3000 and I think I got a bargain. I also bought CDL (.net) for $3750. CDL stands for Commercial Drivers License. A site is being built to find commercial drivers for Businesses. The name CDN (.net) sold for $185,000. CDN stands for Content Delivery Network. Its a great name but I like CDL better.

Years ago I was buying houses for $10,000 fixing them up and selling them for $28,000. I thought I was smart. Now these homes are each worth over $200,000. I wish I still owned them now. I've learned from my mistakes.

it is possible but highly unlikely. If you want to find quick profit, search for trends and then buy domains around them that are still free.

I registered superapp (.co) and about a month latter I was offered $5,000. I purchased fwb (.net) for a little over $800. a week latter I had an offer for $2,500. I refused both offers.

today, your domain would be worth a lot more than $5k.

Even with years of experience, it's tough as it is to sell a domain, let alone make a sale a few days after you register/acquire it.

It would depend on the name but even if the domain was a gem, selling it that fast doesn't happen to often. Some sales can take years or not even sell at all.

As a beginner, I wouldn't say the chances are 0% but you would have to get really, really lucky.
