I'm new to NamePros Looking for Justice from Flippa

Hi Everyone,

I created this account in Namepros, to clear some of my confusions,

is creating same featured website is copyright violation unless the source website using general information like hosting reviews and features.

I've created hostingjug named website inspired by hostinglux

And I've listed to sell this website in @flippa_marketplace, after few days @FlippaDomains banned my account. And they told me that I'm copying other user website. While I built this website from the scratch.

Any help is much appreciated.

just move on... you have an alternate website to sell... don't try to get a response from flippa. It's waste of time. I moved out flippa and sold a lot of domains, so they can't stop us. Just don't waste your time with them.

I checked that you are using another wp theme to built your website but it's similar to hostinlux. It's not wrong. JMO. you are taking inspiration from their website but you modified a few in middle.

They are using a different theme as well. so it's not copying.

themeforest.net selling 1000's of wp themes, most of the themes home page is the same, few people use varying options. so it's not wrong. If you are using wp, woo-commerce, then most of the templates are the same. Nothing wrong in it.

Jobless.com sold at flippa $2500 $19K+ prior. Avoid Flippa. If u “Super Seller” Avoid Flippa.

i would never recommend any new to Flippa

Sure their niche is developed websites;
not many originals anyway; -I like Domaining;
Domains’ unique, no fake flippa websites

it’s rampart throughout. Read TP reviews;
Honestly, they saved you.

But you can see some super sellers still selling crappy junk websites but @flippa_marketplace goes blind on them. And their support is very rude for newbies.

I think you lost your sense, Its not copying it is recreated from the scratch with different themes and plugins. By the way I'm not interested, hope you are doing fine in what ever you named it as club. Anyway thanks for abusing me

Its not a notepad or Microsoft word texts to copy paste, it had involved lot of work when we recreate it from the scratch, did I copied any of his patented things or copyrighted content, then I will bow down. Even I did cross checked his website with other websites he has also copied some contents from other websites. if they believe that I copied his rightful content he can take down my website with DMCA notice. But he can't you know why its all general information. Not his thesis or research paper. As you can compare it I've implemented with my own ideas.

BTW, WP is no longer as cool as it used to be. Webflow is now objectively better - building and SEO-wise.
