Hole in One!!!

I got a hole in one on 10/28!!!! It was pretty sweet, the 18th hole is short and everyone was betting Closest to the hole. I had already lost some money that day so I said " Nah I don't want to bet, I am broke! But watch I will get it closest to the hole!" My buddy tees off then I tee off... it takes one hop onto the green and rolls right in... The look of shock and awe on everyones face was quite unforgettable. Tradition says that I should buy everyone in the clubhouse a round pf drinks, luckily it was the end of the day almost 6:00 pm on a Sunday and there were only employees left!!! :hehe:


It is official! I am the second person on the list!

Afterwards my friends tried to steal the 18th flag and flagpole - of course the attendant rolled up to us in the parking lot yelling give me the the flag now!!! :yell: I tried to tell them to take it back but they had been drinking all day - no stopping that freight train.

Of course this is Hawaii, so my friend told him he wanted to steal it because I got a hole in one, and in true Hawaii fashion the guy totally started to party with us!!!

Ultimately I did not get to keep the flag but I have the ball glove and a newspaper clipping to prove it!!!

Thanks everyone! It certainly was exciting! I went golfing yesterday again, with my father. I did all right, no holes in one this time though...LOL! But I got 7 pars so that was nice the most I ever got!

Congrats. I've never really played any golf except for those putting places so don't know the feeling of getting a hole in 1, but I feel your excitement!
