Hello all, has anyone got any thoughts on valuing hubs.co.uk?

Estibot has given me a figure of $24000 USD which sounds high for a UK domain but then it is a single word of 4 letters and I'm sure hubs.com would go for 6 or 7 figures.

Has anyone got any thoughts on what the best market to try and sell this domain to might be or where we should start or perhaps any ideas on the best use for this domain whether it be in reference to an information hub or actually selling hubs for networking or perhaps even for wheels!
