advice How Do you Negotiate Domains Names? How do you know the buyer has reached his maximum potential offer?

I would like to have some tips, how you negotaite domains? how long you wait before you let the domain be sold that you make sure the buyer reached his maximum offer? escpially if you know he needs this domain badly because it is his current brand and does not have any other option?
