advice Gogax.com is "out-of-business" and I need them to release my domain names, yet I can'c contact them.

My boss "Spencer McMullen" had 6 domains that were being hosted by Gogax.com, they seem to be shut down now, 6 months ago most people lost contact with Gogax.com and still kept receiving invoices, Gogax.com no long answers the phone or calls you back, on top of that they do not reply to emails. I need advice on how to recover my bosses domains. Here is a list of them...

I'm no expert on this but,
as far as I can see from the whois (I checked only one domain: qualitymortgage), it's been registered with publicdomainregistry.com

Maybe you should call them

PublicDomainRegistry is Directi a.k.a. ResellerClub so Gogax are most probably their reseller, as are many other hosts. As you don't have any ways to contact the provider anymore you can try if they can assist though i wouldn't get my hopes up very much. Just like any other similar-tiered business they are there to serve their reseller (Gogax) which is the real client here.
