I would complain to GoDaddy, why after telling them the domains had been stolen, they never put a lock on those domains and allowed them to be transferred out to eName. Tell them that you want them back, and what are they doing about retrieving them. It probably won't do any good. Registrars are lazy about going after stolen domains. They just want to forget about them. If you don't get a plausible answer, I'd email the CEO, and make him aware of the situation. In the end, it's probably going to not do any good, apart from making you feel you tried your best. As others have said, eName is a black hole. Your best chance of retrieving these domains is to hope they are sold to somebody who transfers them out of eName to a western registrar, And then go after them there. This might take as much as 10-20 years.
Definitely your account has been compromised. I would change your password and email address immediately. I would also open up another GoDaddy account and transfer whatever domains are left in your account to your new account. Just in case your email has been compromised, use a different email address for your new account.
Why they didn't take your other domains? These thieves are only interested in your high value ccc.com domains because of their high value, and ease of liquidation.
You should also consider 2 step authentication with GoDaddy, where GoDaddy phone you to confirm your transfer transactions. You should also request them to suspend the account the domains were transferred to. Probably won't have much effect, but at least you tried.
