Read the following carefully:
Watch the first episode of Survivor and decide who you think will be the winner
of this season's show. I will be giving to the winner of this contest 500 NP$.
There is a limit to the number of entrants since each NPer can only have 1 pick.
You must be the first to post the name of the Survivor contestant and no one else
can choose the same after. You must post your choice after I've made my pick (in
an attempt to win my own NP$ back :P).
I will post my pick sometime between 18-24 hours after the time of this post.

Checked again just now, with less only 30 minutes to go until Survivor, and still no signal.

know what happened. I guess I'll have to try to catch it on YouTube.

Hey thanks. I'll watch it a little later. Loading up the 4 parts now in separate browser
windows just in case YouTube takes it down.

Still no TV signal. I'm starting to wonder if my local station is shut down. I know that the
head company has been having major financial problems and is under creditor protection.
Might be Survivor on YouTube for the rest of the season lol.

Just finished watching the episode. I actually think Shambo will survive
for awhile. I can't believe the other girls in her tribe don't suspect that
there may be an alliance of the 4 guys and Shambo just based on the
voting. I was half expecting to see a couple of the girls talking with suspicion
about the situation. Instead Monica and Kelly talked about how when Shambo
sent Laura to the other tribe and thinking she was just on a power trip. Well
she had to pick someone and if she's in an alliance with the guys then guess
what, it's one of you 3 girls. The clues were all there and they didn't put it
together.

It is definitely the right time for a merge. Foa Foa is just to decimated to be
competitive. Now Mick has a chance. I agree with you mis_chiff and johname
that the oilman will be voted out soon, but not at next tribal. He's a little too slick
for that to happen. Give the guys of Galu a little time to realize the danger he is.

the real power clue to the women was when dave was telling his captain shampoo to shut up during the fishing challenge.

FYI... if anyone here happens to be doing the Komen 3 Day walk for breast cancer in San Diego Nov 21 and you would like to meet some of the cast of prior seasons of Survivor, stop and say hi when you're on Ocean Front Walk in Mission Beach and pass by Santa Barbara Place.

My front patio will be the "Reality Stars Cheering Station" for walkers, and we'll have people from Amazing Race, Big Brother, The Pickup Artist, and a few other shows. Bring your camera!

and they'll feel (the Galu alliance) she's a threat by also
