Expired .eu

I am keeping track of a name which i like for .eu and there has been one pre-application on it but it is expired, but is still not available to reg. It has been expired for over two weeks and still not available.

Why is this? and when do thy become available?

I think he was talking about names with expired deadline for documents not sent.
I'm keeping track too, but i've read on EurID that they will pusblish on their site a list with all the names who has expired or rejected and they'll open a "landrush 2" for this names before june..
