.EU status codes - Expired and Rejected are they both to be released? Or only reje..

Guys i am not sure about something and maybe one of you may know what the deal is.

I have been reviewing some domains and i have seen .eu domains with solely Expired status code or solely Rejected and combos of the two.

I know Initial status code means it is still under review by Eurid.

But what about Expired? Are these also to be released today? Or are only the ones with status code Rejected to be released?

Hopefully one of you guys can clear this up for me

go to www.whois.eu and the ones which are displayed as "available" are able to be registered in 9 minutes from now.

I caught four on GD, but EUrid says they are registared and one is pending to go to BV Holdings on July 4...

Listed several with Pool, but now it says there is an error in my account...what a waste of time!

Just got an email back from Pool.
I have over 100 LLL.eu starting with A pending...I have been here before! LOL!
I will bet that I don't get 1.

i've got five pending with GD... all already registered in someone elses name. i suspect it will take them a few months to refund my money!
