Escrow.com Banned my Account

I had a transaction through escrow.com last month. It has been completed and funds disbursed. Two days back I was trying to login to escrow.com account, but it was giving some technical error and was asking to contact their support. When I mailed their support,they replied:
"This email is to provide you with notice that Internet Escrow Services, Inc. has made the commercial decision that we will no longer be able to provide you with our escrow services. We have taken this decision after careful consideration, and in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, which are available online. It is not a comment on your conduct, or any other aspect of your relationship with us.

We hope that you will appreciate that we are not able to provide any further information about our commercial imperatives. The transaction has been cancelled and your profile will be deactivated within the next business day".

I am from India. I have been transacting through them for the last 3 years without any problem.

I have no pending transaction at escrow.com, but what will be the reason for this? Anyone experienced this before? Any Idea how can I get exact reason for this ban?

I am really weary of entities that don't disclose exactly what transpired for this kind of decision. Particularly to an account holder. TBH this is bullshit if a legitimate customer.

Now, are you being completely honest? We have seen many such cases here on NP but then all this weird stuff pops up where the entity has been completely in the right after things have been brought to light.
