We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

I can’t figure out how to add domains from Sav to the Dynadot marketplace. A few months ago, there was an "Other Registrar" tab, but I can't find it now.

There should still be an Other Registrar tab, though it may have been toggled off in your page settings. If you hit the Settings button on Manage Domains the toggle will show up there to re-activate.

@Caleb Tweed - I think Dyna should reconsider auto transferring names buyers purchase when the names are registered at Dyna. Namecheap will transfer on the sellers behalf (for example) and only require the seller to get involved if it is off platform (i.e., regged elsewhere).

Seems to me the whole process could be dramatically speeded up - and also removes the seller getting "cold feet" and backing out of the deal.

What do you mean sorry? Names are auto-transferred to the buyers account when purchased except if we haven't received payment or if the name requires manual approval (due to high fraud risk).

Good to see your guys fixed the column sorting for 'Bids', which wasn't working at all.
In addition, this filter would be a whole lot more useful if it only included domains that have actually received a bid:

Good point. Maybe we'll change that to "Current Price" instead.

Premium user auction:

Is it just me, or is the auction countdown timer mostly obscured by the domains list that follows it? Very distracting.

Also, in general, too much flash and pizzazz preceding the parade of names for sale, imo.

Maybe you are on mobile? Admittedly, you have to scroll down a whole page on desktop to reach actual listings (which seems a bit silly), but the display appears to be OK for me.

This is a big one, imo. I had to manually reset all my domains. Not fun.

To clarify: after verifying all my names for the second time, I had to reset all my listings afresh as if it was the first time uploading them.

@Dynadot should be saving that data pending re-verification.

Or, as I mentioned in an earlier post, there should be no requirement to verify names every 6 months.

Yeah, that's rather a pain. I'm assuming you've had to re-verify due to the particular extensions you hold? Either way, having to refresh your listings every 6 months would be quite annoying!

Todady, Dynadot has a huge bug where all users' domain name sales page DNS has been changed to a parking page. This problem has not been solved by engineers for a whole day. With such a big problem, are all engineers on vacation? The website has such a big problem, and it seems that no one is actively solving it. I hope Dynadot's engineers can solve it as soon as possible without delay

Hi, just wanted to chime in here about the new KYC. This is specifically if your account has any .DE or .NO domains currently in your Dynadot account, so not all users will be requested to have this, the notification is just sent to all just in case you plan to register either of those extensions. We are being requested by the Registry to complete this verification of our users for these two for now, but other ccTLDs might be added to the requirement down the road if the Registry requests us to get KYC (but a single KYC will cover for all current and future names unless a Registry asks for something hyper-specific).
