Dotcom Domains - The Intellectual Property or Not?

Dotcom domains are like assets or virtual property, or nft so i think dotcoms should be qualified as intellectual property.

Any name whether it is written on a piece of paper or a domain name registered via a registrar could potentially become a Intellectual Property as long as the paper work is submitted to the trademark registration authorities (e.g USPTO in US, etc.,), provide documentation of your claim & classification and work with them to get approved in their respective countries.
