According to fasthosts.co.uk =>
As of 1st December 2016, Fasthosts is introducing a new process for changing the details of a domain registrant (the individual or organisation that holds registration of a domain). This is due to ICANN (the governing body for top-level domain names) updating its domain transfer policy.
The new process applies to any change of domain registrant information. This could be as part of a domain transfer from one individual or organisation to another (registrant to registrant), or a simple update to the domain registrant's details (first name, last name, organisation or email address).

This suggests that after free PUSH not only 60 days transfer lock, but also 60 DAYS FREE PUSH-lock will apply ! I find this simply "NOT DONE" AND A RIDICULOUS POLICY. (I found already the 60 transfer lock after simply registerring and transferrring in, so ridiculous, and with no valid reason). But
the new policy is MUCH MUCH WURSE, if they don't change this back again soon after 1st december.
