strategy Domain Pricing (Min Offer and BIN)

Hello all,

I am facing a problem regarding domain pricing.

How much should be the difference between minimum offer and buy now price.

eg. Minimum offer $100 Buy it Now $300 (Bin = 3x Min offer)

Can anybody suggest what have they found successful.

To be frank. It's all over the place. There is no norm. But a minimum offer of $100 with a BIN of $100,000 is probably too much of a gap. If the domain is actually worth $100,000. I'd start of with a minimum offer of approx $50,000. Get the BIN where you will accept and place the Make Offer about half of that.
