Hello,

I'm using undeveloped landing for 3 months now, I bought about 1100 domains and sold about 75 (price high $$ to midle $$$)

But, regarding pricing/ negotiating strategy i'm a complete beginer.

Imagine you want to sell domains $100 minimum

1) with bin or without bin ?
2) with or without make offer ?
3) if bin with make offer, what would you choose for bin and make offer ?
4) if make offer only, which price for the min. price ?
5) if there is negotiation, do you counter offer after a few hours, a few days, weeks ?
...

Which strategy works best for you ?

It seems that the strategy no bin / make offer without min. offer works great.
Once I have an offer, if it's low, i make a counter offer and setup min. offer with the same price.
If i have no news, i will reduce the price after a few days/weeks. What do you suggest for this delay ?
