I have to commend Dan, for bringing fresh change to the market, it allowed many new domainers to achieve success, whereas they may have been constrained otherwise.

I have to share somewhere where Dan is losing opportunity which is the crypto payment space. I am aware Dan accepts crypto payments, but I recently found out I had to send 3 emails, wait 2 days, and had 2 hours in my time zone at 2am to make payment. This is ok for me, but not acceptable for an end user.

A bit pay, or direct payment button is seriously needed, the money is flowing out there, and crypto buyers are just walking by, as they want to spend; but don’t know how to checkout.

We tend to agree with what is stated and I will relay the feedback of clearly mentioning this option to our product team for the new re-design. I do not know if it can be incorporated with the first launch but I will make sure to stress the importance of clearly displaying the crypto payment option on the checkout page.

Now that looks Great. I'm looking forward to it.

It looks like bulk management will be a lot easier in the new DAN 2.0, like i.e. change of currency. Also hope that the 'date listed' for domains that were previously listed by other users on the system, will be fixed. Congrats and thanks for leading the innovation in this industry.

ps, pleased to see that Buy Now is listed as the first option on the new lander, and Lease to Own 2nd.

We manage domains at multiple platforms. Keeping everything synchronized is hard. Here's an idea: rather than offering just Bulk REMOVE, implement a simple feature that no one else has: Bulk RETAIN.

Most of us have our own private spreadsheets with all our domains. It's far easier, at any given moment, to tell for sure what domains we have than to list which may have been deleted/sold or simply need to be removed. Chances are that when we sell a domain, or it expires, it might stay lurking in other platforms, because synchronization is cumbersome.

Thus instead of submitting a list for REMOVAL, let users submit a list of what they own - for RETAINING. Your system will calculate the difference between what's registered at their DAN portfolio, and what was submitted by the user, and remove it.

We're domainers not eBay or Amazon or Themeforest sellers. Please consider not to show that badge on the landing page. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback.

Yes, it most certainly is necessary. Before the trusted seller verification, leads contacted our support trying to verify if a seller was legitimate or not. After introducing the badge the number of inquiries was reduces and outright purchases increased.

The new sellers are not more impacted by it as opposed to when this was not displayed. Their leads contact our support desk and we grant the required information to gain trust. Once one has sold and delivered 5 domains with us they will get the trusted seller badge as well.

Indeed, domains managed at our own registrar will be delivered close to instantly to buyers and that will be shown on the for sale page.

Yes, we're introducing account balances with the introduction of our Payoneer integration.

At some point you will be able to handle all seller/registrar actions via our API including registering domains.

The API to offer DAN purchase options on your own service is available. You can submit an integrator request via support and when approved start using the service.

Our registrar services will be cost price, we will never lock your domains (unless it's newly registered per ICANN rules), we will never increase our registration or renewal prices and domains managed at our registrar will be transferred close to instantly to buyers making the process extremely efficient and fast.
