i have nothing but top praises for using dan to finalize my bodis or other leads.. via their add lead option.... the % fee is good... and its a great payout and postsale process overall in most regards.

at same time, like many here, i've not much praises for selling through their landers... and even less (read: none) for selling directly thru their market.

Frank, so what should be fixed? Are you suggesting that @undeveloped string should be removed? Or are you referring to the possible confusion caused by different names — twitter handle vs website domain?

Can you please say what exactly they did wrong though? You're creeping me out. Just successfully caught a domain but won't be able to sell on my Dan portfolio I guess?

Not sure if it has been discussed previously, but I’d like to suggest that messages in the transaction chat should be immutable (not dynamic).

Since we don’t have a balance (yet?), I’m switching my payout settings manually from PayPal to Wire for some transactions. Once the payout sent to my bank account, I’m switching back to PayPal and the message that said “we just sent payout to your bank account” changes to “we sent the payout to your PayPal address”. At the very least, this is confusing. Such messages should be immutable, like logging — once printed, they should not change.

Received a $5K offer yesterday and accepted..( USA buyer)

However.....was a bit on the fence whether legit or not as GD/Afternic price "was" lower and they came up 10x off my min offer.

They did not pay yesterday, and DAN has sent a Reminder of Payment this morning.

I am hopeful, though leaning more towards I may have my first none-paying bogus offer on Dan

Hoping this isn't the case, but will see if they pay by Monday being a holiday weekend.MDW

But with Dan.com, I can't found the buyer email address in the invoice after the transaction is completed.

Many of us want to know the buyer email address after transaction is completed.

Hi just wondering about the new-ish lease-to-own option on Dan.com, before implementing it.

If you enable this, can you turn it back off?

If you enable this, do domains with no expected/fixed price set still function on the same make offer basis as before?
