I'm in China, and I found I can't open those outbound domains with DNS melbourneit, Domaincontrol & pendingtrd. Following are the domain database links from Dailychanges. I hope you can help me check them in your side.

ATT-WEBHOSTING.COM Name Server Activity | DailyChanges.com

SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM Name Server Activity | DailyChanges.com

NAMESECURE.COM Name Server Activity | DailyChanges.com

They work for me. Try using a proxy server like Proxify.com. That may help.

I see, thank u for your kindness! I tried Proxify, however it is allowing access only to paid subscribers. I will check if there is any other free proxy server.
