.asia name at Moniker

I have a dot .asia name which was transferred to Moniker about 6 months ago. I have never had any control over this domain, when I try and update the nameservers I get an error "Failed to update a Domain in registry. Error code: 2306 - Parameter value policy error"

When I try and update the who is I also get an error.

Whois.asia shows the name status of this domain as INACTIVE.

Due to the endless difficulties with this name I have even tried transferring this domain to a different provider, this also fails due to client transfer being prohibited at the dotasia registry.

I think all these issues are due to the wrong whois data, possibly the CED info.

Moniker Customer support may as well not exist, as they are so INEPT and UTTERLY USELESS. A company of this size should be able to point a customer in the right direction as to how to update a domain in order to comply with who is regulation or they should stop claiming to be able to manage .asia domains.

My issues regarding this name have been outstanding now for 6 months despite many Emails I get no where. It's like they have my name held to ransom as I can't update nameservers and I can't transfer to another provider who will allow me to.

My question is, have any of you guys experienced similar? Does any body know where or how to get Moniker to update WhoIS correctly?

I've tried phoning this company, they said they would get back to me............................still waiting

I had an issue with Moniker trying to change the email address on my .asias. It just wouldn't do it...I opened a ticket, explained what I wanted to do, and they updated the email address for me manually.
