I can't push or transfer .asia at Moniker...

I have .asia domains at Moniker that were registered approximately 6 months ago.

I recently sold 4 of them, and have tried to push them to purchasers account however, Moniker support has been unable to push them to other account. The ticket has been open for 1 month, and I have had no feedback or response from Moniker despite asking for update many, many times.

Since Moniker has been having issues with Push, I tried to transfer the domains to buyer's Godaddy account by unlocking them. Moniker locked the domains and I haven't been successful at transferring them either.

CED information is on file, so that is not an issue.

Has anyone else been having similar issues with Moniker???

Like .EU, .ASIA is a restricted TLD, and will require that at least one of the contacts is residing in one of the countries in the Asia-Pacific region. * Spaces, punctuations and special chars (omitted or replaced by hyphen)
* Accented and combined characters (replaced by base character)
* Mark type or entity type identifiers, e.g. TM, LTD. (may be omitted)

* Transliteration, romanization or variant forms are not accepted

I tried to update my Contact details (email address) on my .asia names registered & held at Moniker...But, it wouldn't let me make the change...

I wonder if Moniker is having some tech issues re the .asia Registry?

yes, I do meet the requirement through citizenship and have the appropriate information on the domains. Moniker has not identified that to be an issue. They just keep escalating it to high level support - for the past 4 weeks.

I wish I paid more to register with another registrar, because holding .asia with moniker is costing me domain sales every week.
