I have .asia domains at Moniker that were registered approximately 6 months ago.
I recently sold 4 of them, and have tried to push them to purchasers account however, Moniker support has been unable to push them to other account. The ticket has been open for 1 month, and I have had no feedback or response from Moniker despite asking for update many, many times.
Since Moniker has been having issues with Push, I tried to transfer the domains to buyer's Godaddy account by unlocking them. Moniker locked the domains and I haven't been successful at transferring them either.
CED information is on file, so that is not an issue.
Has anyone else been having similar issues with Moniker???
