.tv Anyone else experience terrible support from Namecheap?

I registered .tv over 2 days ago. I activated social networking right away, as I had read other users on this forum having difficult finding the social networking settings in the control panel.

I was assigned a logon and password, however, I am unable to logon using them as me.tv does not recognize the logon or password or both.

I have sent namecheap support 4 emails. No response. No acknowledgement.

I will register future .tv registration using me.tv in the future.

I have been with Namecheap for many years and usually their support is terrible. I got the same problem as you but I myself found the solution. The username Namecheap provided is something like yourdomaintv and you will not be able to login with that username. You should try your luck with yourdomain.tv instead. Good luck.

(in response to ur question) yeah, me too! Their email support is slow, and they speak like (and they probably very well are) they're outsourced from somewhere...

Maybe they having problem with their API. I know PDQ is working for Social Networking tools. I know this work for NeedName.com because I worked for them.
